DRAIN TECHNICIAN

JOB SUMMARY:

Work with dispatchers in an effort to provide excellent customer service and solve customers’ various drain issues.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Operate various drain cleaning equipment to clear and diaDraingnose customer’s drain problems.
• Work with dispatchers to provide prompt service to our customers.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with other technicians to foster a team environment.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Experience using mainline machines, sewer camera and locator, mini-jetter and commercial (trailer) jetter.
• Knowledge and familiarity with the Portland and Vancouver metro areas is preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Great customer service skills
• Excellent salesmanship
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs daily
