Very impressed with Apollo. We called to have our new furnace looked at after a bad install with another outfit, and to have our AC unit serviced. Whomever my wife spoke to on the phone that set up our appointment was really lovely to talk to (wish I had her name).But the phone call setup is often the easy part. When you patronize a business like Apollo, your experience all comes down to one thing; the person who comes into your home and the impression they leave on you.Brandon Chin came out to do the work. We got a text with his picture so that we'd know who to expect (which is very necessary these days with door-to-door scammers). He gave us a much appreciated 15min call ahead, and showed up wearing a quality mask (we had requested a mask due to having a severely immunocompromised family member). I really want to highlight our appreciation of Brandon for this part; we're at a point in the pandemic where precautions aren't the norm anymore, and you never know what you're getting when a technician of any kind comes to your home. Are they just wearing a t-shirt sleeve on their face? A bandana? Nah. Brandon had a better mask than I did (and mine is a good one). He was very conscientious about having it on when he would re-enter the house. We never had to stress about it for a second.On top of that, Brandon was just a cool guy. Like, it felt like having a buddy over who was also very knowledgeable about HVAC stuff, and professional. He could seamlessly switch between casual banter and getting down to brass tacks about our HVAC service. He was clear and concise about what we needed, what he was doing before he did it, and how much it was going to cost us, but it never felt sterile or without a personal touch. He was also very friendly to our dog, who is very excited by visitors. That part is so above and beyond to me. He's here to do a job and not required at all to give our pup the time of day, but he did, and it means a lot.In this day and age it is just so refreshing to deal with someone who is very good at their job, and who seems to take pride in it. Apollo should feel great that they have Brandon out there representing them in the field. We'll be calling again when we need their services, for sure.

Devin was informative about his findings and didn't add anything that wasn't necessary.Update: I have had Apollo out to perform 3 different services: hydro-jetting the sewer line to the city main with subsequent cured in place pipe (CIPP) installation, and a re-pipe of my entire home. From scheduling, third party financing, and all the team members that came out to my place, everyone was helpful and didn't sell me anything they felt I didn't need. I do have a recommendation for additional work, but on the advice of the team, I will perform other pressing fixes to my new to me 113 year old house. Thank you Apollo!

Kyle B. called before showing up, was there at the beginning of the time window allotted & for a same day appointment. Other places I called, said they couldn’t get me in today, tomorrow or even for the next few weeks. The whole process took about 3.5 hours, from viewing our current water heater, going to get the new water heater, removing our old one and installing our new one. Different options for financing available, easy to do. Very polite, quick and efficient. A little on the pricy side, but what isn’t these days.

I was getting estimates for a ductless mini split. One of the companies was Apollo. Mario was my salesman, he did a good job. Gave me a competitive estimate, and even let me know I would qualify for energy trust if Oregon discount. Which they give up front, and they do the paperwork for, which is nice. Overall I would recommend them as they are local and family owned.

Had a leaking drain in the house so I booked with a company recommended by a friend. They were supposed to be on site between 9 and 12. At about 13:00 I called to see what's going on they they said they can't get to me today and they will come some time the next day.I called Apollo and they were able to schedule me that day and they were timely, professional, offered great service and good quality work.Eulises did a great job, completed work in time and cleaned up after himself very well.Sarah, followed up on his work and made sure everything was done right and I was satisfied with the work performed.Overall very satisfied with their services and fast response on a short notice.I will use them innthe future and I would recommend them to any family and friends.

Unfortunately we had a bad back up in our drain on a Sunday and we needed help. I called a few places but Apollo answered right away and had someone at our place within 2 hours. They sent out Cameron Cooper who was amazing. He diagnosed the problem within a few minutes and fairly quickly he had the drain cleared. He even found out the blockage was on the city's side of the line and then showed me how to submit the paperwork so we could be compensated. They did seem to be a bit more expensive than the other places but I feel they may be worth it. Highly recommend Cameron Cooper and Apollo!

Brandon Chin did a great job on my AC system. He went above and beyond what he was there to do. I had 2 rooms that weren’t cooling very well so he took a look a look for me in my attic. He found a couple of problems fixed them quickly and no charge it was his pleasure to help out. Now that’s customer service I will never use any other company other the Apollo for my heating and cooling or plumbing needs from now on.

I had my entire plumbing system replaced from the meter. Nick came out and did a stellar job. He put in long hours to get me back up and running. The quality of his work was really great. He took the time to educate me on the differences of my new PEX pipe system and I felt that he was very knowledgeable. We ran into a few problems along the way and he maintained a very positive can do attitude. I could not be more pleased. On the final day of installation Tom And Kyle came out to finish up. Tom was also very knowledgeable and great to work with. Tom and Kyle worked in the crawl space all day connecting pipes and insulating the lines with no complaints. The work ethic these guys had is rare these days. I would definitely recommend all three of these guys to anyone in need of a high quality install. Thanks Appolo!!

On March 31, 2023 we contacted Apollo Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning to have them come out to our house. I spoke to Isabelle who was very kind and professional and she acted quickly to send out a plumber in just a couple hours.The technician Tyler arrived as promised and attempted to clear our washer and utility drain with an electric snake. Upon further inspection he discovered the problem and discussed the next steps to permanently fix the issue we are experiencingWe also signed up for their total home care plan in order to have them return and inspect our furnace and air conditioning. Apollo promised priority service and will continue to help with keeping the plumbing, heating and air conditioning in our home serviced and working properly.My wife and I are very happy with Apollo at this time and plan on using their services in the future.

We've hired Apollo to replace our gas water heater and to relocate an outside garden hose nozzle. Both jobs were conducted smoothly and thoroughly, the techs showed up on time and completed the jobs in the estimated time frames, and the price was fair. Plumber Chris K., who relocated our hose nozzle, was especially helpful, professional, and did an excellent job. We called independent plumbers first and they wanted 3 months notice before they could come out. Apollo came the very next week. We'll be calling Apollo for all future work.

Had Brian out for some bathtub repair, then when he finished that task it was discovered the main faucets to the tub were bad and he was able to finish that job too. The first estimate was very reasonable but the second added expense was a little high but we needed it done and in the end we we're very satisfied with Brian and his fine work.

I last used Apollo in 2011 and have referred them to others. The tips they gave me last time helped my drain line work until this week when I put a lot of lettuce down my disposer. (Apparently lettuce is actually glue.) Apollo’s service is excellent. I called them at 7:15 am and the technician was here by 8:30 and out the door at 9:30. All my options were carefully explained and Devin was very knowledgeable about drains, disposers and water pressure. I highly recommend Apollo. They’ve grown and now do HVAC and many other services too!
