Family-owned plumbing / drain cleaning / HVAC / sewer repair company is looking for a full-time Customer Service Rep (CSR) for our Troutdale office. This is a great opportunity for an experienced CSR with excellent customer service skills . In this role your primary responsibility will be to schedule home services while providing exceptional customer service. Daily, you must interact with customers, relay all necessary job information to the field techs, and assist in resolving customer service issues.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
  • Answering multiple incoming phone lines
  • Extensive customer interaction
  • Schedule service calls via specialized dispatching program
  • Monitoring email and vendor portals for work orders
  • Heavy data entry
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Call center experience preferred but not required

    Job Description

    To carry and load excavation materials for excavators working on projects. Assist with various labor related tasks including, but not limited to, excavation, hand-digging with a shovel and project clean up. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience operating various excavation equipment, such as a backhoe, drilling/boring machine and a bursting machine.

    Essential functions:
    • Check daily assignments and coordinate with assigned crew foreman.
    • Assist technicians with excavation needs, including digging of holes and trenches.
    • Clean up job sites.
    • May assist technicians with the loading and unloading of equipment and materials.
    • May assist technicians with lifting heavy materials, such as large sticks of pipe or bags of concrete.
    Additional responsibilities:

    Those with previous training and experience may operate various excavation equipment, including miniexcavators, backhoes, drilling/boring machines, bursting machines, jackhammers, and concrete saws. Those with a valid driver’s license and good driving record may, on occasion, drive various company vehicles, including service vans or dump trucks.
