I now use Apollo for all my plumbing needs. They are always extremely professional and responsive. Eli came out today and told me what was needed and recommended. You know when you schedule someone to come unclog your kitchen sink and you’re sitting nearby and you hear the guy say “what do you think about helping?” And you help hold the wet vac while he pressure washes 75 years of debris out of your household pipes causing black sludge to spray both of you?…..yeah, me neither. 🙄In all seriousness, Eric THANK YOU! It was gross but we got it done. Teamwork makes the dream work (although it was mostly you)!

When the service lives up to the marketing, I'm always a bit surprised! In this case, I have had terrific service from Apollo in business-related work and it is the first time I have used them in residential. The plumber who came out certainly did their service justice. In this case, the plumber's name was Justus and he absolutely went above and beyond, answering our questions, guiding us to the necessary work but giving us a wide range of options. Justus was communicative, prompt, tidy, and was able to quickly complete the work as quoted, as well as adding in a bonus job that he made look easy but would have taken me hours and likely created more problems down the line. Overall I am rarely as impressed with a service vendor as I was with Apollo. Keep on bragging about your standards, Apollo, because you're living up to them!

Justus McCabe was the plumber that came out to our home. We explained the issue we had and he explained options we had. Also told us about a monthly option that had several benefits. He is very personable and very professional. He got right to work and did an amazing job. He cleaned up his area, got everything put back into place. I have never hired a plumber before, and Justus will be the only one I will ever have again.

Eric came in a fixed our toilet that's been having issues for weeks. He was about to figure in no time what the problem was and get it taken care of. He explained along the way why the toilet was having the issues it was having. He gave us tips on things we could do to keep everything thing I working order. I will be sure to tell friends and family about him and how knowledgeable and friendly he was.

Nate and Zach did a great job identifying the problem, offering different repair options, and completing the job effectively and efficiently. They scoped out the project and explained what they would be doing. Gave me a quote and went to work. They found the problem and fixed it. Gave me a good explanation of the issue. I called Apollo because our A/C was acting up and they sent a technician straight out the next day. Kurt was ontime, professional and took time to go over repairs needed in detail so that we understood what needed to be done. The project manager David came out the very next day to go over repair paths with us and which one would have the most value. We will be back up and running in no time. Tried Apollo based on several radio ads to fix an a/c problem. Technician Kim was not only prompt and professional, he showed me the issue was my thermostat which saved me $$. Justus did a great job and trying to recreate the leak but was unable too. He gave me lots of guidance on how to make the bathroom leak resistant. He went over all my options. He then walked through my house and answered all of my other plumbing questions. I will be requesting him again if we have any more problems. All of the Apollo plumbing employees are wonderful.

Company had just arrived from Boston, I was due for surgery . . . not a good time for toilet backup & laundry water filling shower pan! My neighbor referred me to Apollo & I was delighted with their fast and thorough response. The guys were friendly & worked hard to free my drain. Yay! They were able to send someone out very quickly after we got a call from our utility company informing us that they detected a leak. Chris and James came out, turns out we ended up needing to replace our toilet. They were very thorough and helpful when running me through all of my options and estimates, and they were able to remove the old toilet and install the new one within an hour. They were also very friendly and pleasant to have around. Will definitely use this company again in the future!

I had a massive emergency situation and this company came to our rescue. After dealing with insurance and another company for over 9 days and having no hot water, 3 disabled people and no patience left i contacted Apollo. The Receptionist who took my call, listened to my tears, fears and neurosis, and she acted quickly to get me help. After days of beating my head against a wall and nearly giving up, Apollo came out and got my Hot water up and running within 3 hours. As a mom of 2 severely disabled kids whose also caring for a vulnerable elderly woman, I appreciate the speed. The technicians were incredibly friendly and quick, work was done well and fast. I could not ask for more. Thank you Apollo for ending a nearly half month nightmare. The warranty offered with the service is better than the one my home warranty offered. It's worth going through Apollo. Every penny was a penny spent to end a nightmare and it was WELL spent.

Sean Kenyon relieved all my pre-conceived ideas of how complicated the resolution would be. He instantly identified the problem and resolved it in short order, and we were good to going.
