Contracted Apollo to unclog a gutter downspout on September14th, 2023.Eli Paz and Jim arrived at the appointed time. We discussed my issue. They scoped out the project and explained what they would be doing. Gave me a quote and went to work. They found the problem and fixed it. Gave me a good explanation of the issue. I called Apollo because our A/C was acting up and they sent a technician straight out the next day. Kurt was ontime, professional and took time to go over repairs needed in detail so that we understood what needed to be done. The project manager David came out the very next day to go over repair paths with us and which one would have the most value. We will be back up and running in no time. Excellent Team, and excellent service!

Tried Apollo based on several radio ads to fix an a/c problem. Technician Kim was not only prompt and professional, he showed me the issue was my thermostat which saved me $$. He also showed me other ways to save money going forward. I will be using Apollo for all my heating, a/c and plumbing needs in the future.

Justus did a great job and trying to recreate the leak but was unable too. He gave me lots of guidance on how to make the bathroom leak resistant. He went over all my options. He then walked through my house and answered all of my other plumbing questions. I will be requesting him again if we have any more problems. All of the Apollo plumbing employees are wonderful.

Tyler got me set up for a Hvac inspection and Kim did the inspection and cleaning. Kim showed me everything I needed to know to keep my home warmer in the winter and cooler in summer. He did a amazing job. Kudos to Apollo for these men, they are definitely a great asset for your company.

Nate (and then later Zack) came to replace corroded pipes in our house, which is about 100 yrs old and challenging to navigate. Even though the project was not straightforward, they did a great job of clearly explaining what they were doing every step of the way and getting the work done. Would DEFINITELY hire them again!

Company had just arrived from Boston, I was due for surgery . . . not a good time for toilet backup & laundry water filling shower pan! My neighbor referred me to Apollo & I was delighted with their fast and thorough response. The guys were friendly & worked hard to free my drain. Yay! I joined their program for special deals & other services. Looking forward to calling them any time we need maintenance or repair. 5 Stars *****Update: Sept 8th, 2023*** I hope this gets notated for my tech, Eric, who spent the time to unclog my crazy plumbing, then find the broken sewer pipe.He went above and beyond to help me out. And recommended a restoration company. They were able to send someone out very quickly after we got a call from our utility company informing us that they detected a leak. Chris and James came out, turns out we ended up needing to replace our toilet. They were very thorough and helpful when running me through all of my options and estimates, and they were able to remove the old toilet and install the new one within an hour. They were also very friendly and pleasant to have around. Will definitely use this company again in the future!

I had a massive emergency situation and this company came to our rescue. After dealing with insurance and another company for over 9 days and having no hot water, 3 disabled people and no patience left i contacted Apollo. The Receptionist who took my call, listened to my tears, fears and neurosis, and she acted quickly to get me help. After days of beating my head against a wall and nearly giving up, Apollo came out and got my Hot water up and running within 3 hours. As a mom of 2 severely disabled kids whose also caring for a vulnerable elderly woman, I appreciate the speed. The technicians were incredibly friendly and quick, work was done well and fast. I could not ask for more. Thank you Apollo for ending a nearly half month nightmare. The warranty offered with the service is better than the one my home warranty offered. It's worth going through Apollo. Every penny was a penny spent to end a nightmare and it was WELL spent.

Eric was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He did a great job getting our sinks back into good condition! We will happily call Apollo for our future needs.This is an additional review for additional services we received from Apollo. In addition to the drain cleaning, we had a list of plumbing issues that needed addressing. Tristan came out and was also professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He very helpfully spelled out our options. We had toilets that had aging parts that caused leaks and our kitchen sink also had multiple leaks. Tristan got the toilets working great and installed a new faucet and garbage disposer in the kitchen. Everything was done professionally and we are very pleased with the results. Tristan was terrific to work with. We will definitely call Apollo first for any future plumbing needs, and would be happy to have Tristan back in our home to help us. We would definitely recommend Apollo for their services.

I love Apollo! They have really worked hard to perfect the end-to-end customer experience. From the the easy scheduling process, pre arrival notifications, and all the way through well-trained, professional service people.I've had two plumbers come out for different reasons, and they were both great. Nick Simon fixed a leaky kitchen faucet, but also did an entire walkthrough of our home to make sure there were no other problems. He even told us about potential issues that we should watch out for. He also let us know of an amazing Costco deal on a new sink which we purchased.Taylor Aguilar was going to install the sink for us, but I didn't check the estimate ahead of time so we didn't end up doing that job. Nonetheless he was super friendly and even gave me some tips for any problems to avoid if I'm going to do it myself. Clearly, he didn't have to do that, but it just goes to show that Apollo really cares about happy customersMy wife and I are considering signing up for the membership because the experience so far has been so great.

Scheduling drain cleaning service for my kitchen sink was fast and efficient with the helpful phone representative. Technician Dan phoned when he was 15 minutes away and then arrived promptly, listened to my description of the problem, offered several service options, then cleaned the drain. He then filled and drained the sink several times to make sure the line was clear. He was friendly and informative. Highly recommend Apollo for its plumbing services.

Chris always does a fabulous job and today’s service call was no different. I had a leaking tankless water heater pipe and Chris properly diagnosed the issue and replaced the galvanized piping was brass. He was on time, professional, educational, provided answers to my questions and showed me first hand the corrosion that was occurring in my old pipes. Very happy with the friendly professional service Chris provided. I highly recommend Chris and Apollo Plumbing!
