If you’re not happy with our parts, equipment, or workmanship, we will replace it at no charge within the first year (2 years for Right Stuff Members).

If that won’t make you happy, we will remove all the equipment and give you every cent of your money back during the same time period.

We respect your home. If we don’t leave your home better than we found it, clean and free of debris and mess, we will send a professional cleaning service to clean your whole home from top to bottom.

This means clean and free of debris at the end of each day of a multi-day project and whenever we are invited into your home. This includes lawns, shrubbery, carpeting, floors, walls, furniture, door frames, pets, kids, garden gnomes… are included.

The price we quote you to fix your problem is the most you will be asked to pay.

If we find it will take more time and effort than we anticipated to do the job right, the additional cost is on us.

When you’re in crisis, we’re here when you call.

And there’s never any late-night charges or overtime fees for Right Stuff Members

This means installing the right equipment with the right configuration and the right materials.

If we do not leave your home comfortable, we will replace the equipment at no charge or remove it and give you all your money back.

If the same issue arises three times during the warranty period, we will replace the equipment at absolutely no charge.
