Do you charge a trip fee?
For homes outside our main service area, a trip charge may apply. We also charge a $75 consultation fee for service calls.
This consultation fee will be waived only if you choose to move forward with the recommended repair or service at the time of that visit. If no work is approved during the appointment, the $75 consultation fee will be charged in full.
However, if you decide to move forward with the quoted work within 30 days of the original visit, the $75 consultation fee will be credited back to your final invoice for that specific service.
Do you charge extra for after-hours service?
